1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the pscuci platform — whether via website, mobile app, or any other device — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms contained in this document.

2Account Registration and Management

To access the full services of pscuci, you need to register a valid account. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. pscuci reserves the right to verify any information provided at any time.

• Each individual is only allowed to register one account only. Owning more than one account is a serious violation and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• You must be 18 years and above to register and use the pscuci platform.
• Your username and password are entirely your responsibility. Keep this information secure and do not share it with anyone.
• Any activity that occurs under your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you have promptly reported a loss of account access to us.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or given to another individual under any circumstances.
• Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal is processed. Required documents may include a government-issued ID and proof of current address.

3Deposit and Payment Methods

7Prohibited Activities

To protect the integrity of the platform and safeguard all members, pscuci strictly prohibits the following activities. Violation of any of the rules below may result in permanent account suspension or closure, as well as forfeiture of the account balance without compensation:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account, whether in your own name or another person's.
• The use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised third-party tools to play or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical bugs, system vulnerabilities, or game pricing errors.
• Fraud, falsification of identity documents, or providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour directed at support staff or other members.
• Sharing or selling your account to any other party in any form.

8Account Suspension and Closure

Pscuci reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any member at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to violations of these terms, suspected fraud, or legal compliance requirements.

• Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so through account settings or by contacting customer support.
• Before account closure is processed, any eligible balance will be transferred to the member's verified bank account, subject to compliance review.
• Accounts closed due to a terms violation are not eligible for the recovery of any remaining balance.
• Pscuci also supports account closure for responsible gaming purposes — if you feel you need a break, contact us for self-limit options or a temporary account suspension.

9Privacy and Data Protection

The maximum total liability of pscuci to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
